1. Overview
These terms apply when you play Lunarkane, an offline single-player puzzle game. By playing, you agree to them.
2. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Lunarkane for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. All rights in the game, its artwork, audio and code remain with the app owner.
3. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, rent, or modify the game, remove proprietary notices, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
4. Pricing, purchases and ads
Lunarkane is a one-time $0.99 purchase on the App Store, and free to play on the web. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, no loot boxes, no gambling or simulated-gambling mechanics, and no cryptocurrency features. Any refund of an App Store purchase is handled by Apple under its standard policies.
5. Your data and progress
Lunarkane collects no data. Progress is stored only on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted or its storage cleared. Export a backup from Settings if you want to keep it. Support cannot restore lost progress, because we never receive it.
6. Availability and warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost progress or data, arising from your use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
